To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original packaging. Items can be returned at our warehouse in Handaq (Qormi).
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund or exchange you item accordingly.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, kindly let us know as soon as possible. We will change the damaged part for free. If parts are not available we will order part accordingly and advise once part is in stock.
